Cutting Edge Vehicle Solutions

Harness Audesse’s advanced technology platform to ensure your autonomous vehicle builds achieve success with rapid prototyping, robust components, and sophisticated software integration.

OEM Problems

Developing and retrofitting autonomous vehicles come with a host of challenges. Audesse offers tailored solutions for these common issues:

Common Problems Audesse’s Solution
Safety And Reliability Audesse ensures the safety and reliability of autonomous systems in up to ASIL D scenarios by integrating robust vehicle control units that include multiple layers of redundancy and fail-safe mechanisms.
Fleet Supervision FlexConnect sends supervisory policies, such as geofenced speed limits and dispatch holds, to each vehicle. The FlexCase enforces them locally and keeps final authority, even when the connection drops.
Compute Audesse FlexCases can support up to 100 TOPS of compute via the Jetson embedded modules.
Advanced Software Our state of the art controllers are designed to support advanced vehicles up to an ASIL D safety rating on 12 & 24V nominal systems. Use FlexConnect to collect actionable data and push updates remotely and securely.
V2X The advanced compute onboard the FlexCase can be used to enable various wireless technologies for many V2X applications.

Two-Way Control with FlexConnect

Most telematics only reads data and shows it on a dashboard. FlexConnect also sends control policies back to the FlexCase that runs the function. The cloud sets the rule, the FlexCase enforces it locally, and it keeps enforcing it when the cellular connection drops.

Every remote command is a supervisory request, such as a limit, a schedule, or an enable. The FlexCase keeps final authority over the vehicle, and commands can be authenticated from the cloud all the way to the controller that executes them.

FlexConnect for Autonomous Fleets

Geofenced Operating Limits: Lower speed limits or disable functions inside yards, ports, mines, and job sites.

Dispatch Readiness: Read fault codes and system health across the fleet, and hold back any vehicle that isn’t ready to operate.

Secure Commands: Plain CAN has no authentication, so any node on the bus can send a command. FlexConnect commands can be authenticated from the cloud to the controller instead of trusting whatever arrives on the bus.

Remote Diagnostics & Updates: Diagnose field issues and push software and calibration updates over the air without sending a technician.
