Product Usage and Support:

Our products are designed for use by experienced engineers in the fields of mechatronics, controls, and embedded engineering.

We strongly recommend investing in training and application support, especially during the initial stages of using our tools.

Support Levels:

Product owners have access to our complimentary “standard support.” This includes:

  • The ability to report problems and request features.
  • The ability to post in our community forum. Response times are best available.
  • Online access to our guides, walkthroughs, and software templates

This does not include:

  • Extensive installation assistance
  • Application support.
  • Any live support.
  • Guidance on MathWorks usage, embedded hardware, or software issues.

For additional support, we offer assistance through training classes, retainers, negotiated support contracts, or production supply agreements for volume production. Please reach out to our team to enquire about dedicated support agreements.
